Woman Caught Collecting Sanitary Pads and Pampers from Dustbin in Imo state

A yet to be identified woman was nabbed yesterday after she was caught picking sanitary pads, and Pampers, According to reports she was seen collecting the stuffs inside her bag from Dustbin, when a man caught, burnt the things and chased her away.

Its unclear whether she's normal or not, The incident happened along Egbu road, Owerri, Imo State.
