Arik Air 11 am Flight from Lagos to Port Harcourt Ridiculously Delayed for 1hr 45 mins.

Elcutiee Updates has just been informed that Air Air delayed an 11 am flight from los-phc in a ridiculous manner.
It was reported that passengers were already on board and set to take off when an announcement was made that the airline didn't have a document needed for them to fly and passengers were made to wait for over 25 mins on the aircraft after which they were asked to get off the aircraft because it became hot in there. Then the flight was moved to 12:45.
