A Sky News presenter part-blamed women in 'short skirts' for sex attacks.

In the US, a man who was once recorded uttering the words 'grab them by the p**sy' while referring to women is about to become president.

Meanwhile, a Sky News presenter suggested 'drunk women in short skirts' must take some responsibility for sex attacks.Stephen Dixon was co-presenting Sky News Sunrise and was discussing a report by The Fawcett Society. The society found that almost two out of five men (and a third of women) thought victims of sexual assault were to blame if they were drinking late at night in revealing clothes.Dixon suggested that women need to take "personal responsibility":I'd be responsible if I was out provoking someone. To an extent, I think he is correct because most guys wont think of touching any woman forcefully if she is properly dressed meanwhile others are not men but animals.
