Environment: Port Harcourt Has Been Taken Over By Soot

Right now in Port Harcourt, residents are complaining of thick soot (black powdery/flaky dust in the air resulting possibly from incomplete combustion of amorphous carbon compounds).
This substance has been seen on several surfaces in the area and experts have blamed it on the combustion of Automated Gas Oil Waste popularly known as "Kpo Fire" or "cooked AGO"

The Rivers State Ministry of Environment has dropped the Numbers below for any one with information on suspected sources of this environmental hazard

0803 750 3473
0803 662 1345
0803 309 5142
