That is according to Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who claim the Gunners have joined Leicester and Schalke in the race for the Gabon international.
Leicester and Schalke were reportedly interested in signing Lemina over the summer and are keeping tabs on the 23-year-old.
Lemina joined Juve on a permanent basis from Marseille in July - penning a four-year deal - after a successful loan spell last season.
And now Tuttosport claim that Arsenal have sent scouts to watch Lamina in action several times this season.
The report adds that Lemina is now worth at least double the £9million Juve paid for his services in the summer.
The deep-lying midfielder has featured in seven games across all competitions so far this season, helping Juve to top of the Serie A table.
