SOCIAL MEDIA CAN MAKE YOU DEVELOPE EATING DISORDER


Social media has changed a whole lot of things of recent. Things have gotten way better and easier and worse.

Right now I’m more concerned about an article I read that explained how frequenting social media platforms can make an individual develop eating disorder.

So the more frequent you visit social media platforms the higher the level of eating disorder.


Basically some ladies also get to develop low self-esteem when they come across photos of ladies they think are way better than them and on that note they feel oppressed; this might bring about depression if not handled carefully.

In a nutshell, I’ll say, social media can make or mar you. It boils down to YOU.

Always have a positivity as the main ingredient in all you do.
