Think of the last thing you’d want to associate with food, the very last thing, the total opposite of hygiene, culinary excellence, and good taste… then base a restaurant on that exact thing. A themed-restaurant exploring the idea of toilets, with toilet seat for seats, soups that come served in urinals, a heap of chocolate ice cream served on squat toilet plates, bowls that look like giant turds, platters served in basins… and all designed to stir your appetite. I’d order a lentil soup for starters, a chicken curry for mains, and a chocolate mousse for desert.
