MAD WOMAN WITH SERIOUS PILE ROAMING THE STREETS OF PORT HARCOURT

I just saw a mad woman with severe pile on Aba Road in Port Harcourt.

Eye witnesses say she has been like that for a while.

I want to call on the health officers to do something about this as this is a very bad and sad sight.
