UNREST IN BUGUMA, ONE PERSON BEHEADED, COMISSIONER'S HOUSE SET ABLAZE.

It's just been reported to ELCUTIEE'S BLOG a  building belonging to the Rivers State commissioner for women affairs Mrs Joeba West has just been set ablaze in BUGUMA, one person beheaded, and the INEC RAC centre  destroyed 

.

 The Kalabari National college as well as a police vehicle was also burnt.
