A titled chief/Senior Staff in NAOC  was  arrested alongside his alleged robbery gang earlier today in OBOBURU, ONELGA-RIVERS STATE. 

Eye witnesses/Sources said the Chief/Gang Leader who goes by the name Chief Onuotu, was arrested with his gang during a plot in their hotel room.
