I've been hearing of a strange girl with a strange dress sense roaming the streets of port harcourt, I barely believed until I saw her with my bare eyes.

When I saw her I asked myself "is she ill in the head, a hooker or just some girl with a wild dress sense?" 

Some people said she was a prostitute, some said she was ill in the head but no one was certain.
