PHOTO: DOGS EAT UP FOUR YEARS OLD BOY'S SCALP IN LAGOS

I have always had my reservations about dogs because they could change from being lovely pets to wicked and deadly creatures witching the blink of an eye. 

This is an example of such cases, little Omonigho Abraham's  Scalp was eaten off by two dogs in his compound.

Well the owner of the dogs Stanley Wesley got careless and this little boy was the victim

I feel so sorry for the boy, he even said the dogs should be killed. Well the police is waiting for a court order before they grant little omonigho his wish.
